Graduate Exhibition Poster
For this student project I was to design a graduate exhibition poster for the St. Lawrence College for the graphic design students. I had the opportunity to choose the theme of the poster. I decided to use a simple approach using the tools constantly used in the program to display it to another audience. Now that Graphic design is mainly online, you develop and create different formats using your mouse as your pen tool. Texture and contrast are essential to pop information out using a typeface or textured imagery to draw the audience’s eyes where they need to go. It also gives a balanced effect when looking at the poster.
