10 Manage the use of time and other resources to complete projects.
Case1
Being a full-time student and mom to a toddler, I've learned to manage my time and other resources by constantly multitasking and balancing my home life with school work. I often take responsibility by pulling all-nighters if I fall behind on assignments, I take pride in my work, so it's essential to stay on top of everything.
Case 2
While studying graphic design and taking eight-course a week homework averaging on five assignments in that week, you learn quickly on making priority lists and creating work goals within that day or week to make sure everything is equally or fully complete. To do lists are great. I work best-seeing to-do lists and placing them in order of importance, and I try to finish all tasks; if they aren't completed, they become the first task to be completed on the new to-do list.
11 Take responsibility for ones own actions, decisions and consequences.
Case1
When I was working at the stable, my job was to care for the horses feeding, turnout, grooming and blanketing depending on the weather. There was a day where I got busy with a lot to do; I got distracted when feeding the horse's to find out I had provided the wrong food to a particular horse. I was extremely nervous and didn't want to mention anything. Still, for the health of the horse, I told my boss, luckily there weren't any medications in the food and just had to watch the horse for any changes. That incident, I changed the way I fed the horses to keep them safe because I didn't want anything like that to happen again.
Case 2
I became pregnant at the age of 17, struggling with anorexia and bulimia. I got myself healthy for my daughter; I chose to have her, and I took the responsibility of raising her while graduating high school with a part-time job. I started college studying Advance Graphic Design to better my daughter's life and my own. Working hard to give her what she deserves for her development, and I'll always make sure she'll never have needs.
